Guest Bathroom Renovation

We bought our home in 2021 and it was very outdated. Over the past few years, we have slowly been renovating it. I want to share the transformation, which was relatively cost efficient since we did the labor ourselves.

As you can see in these photos, the before look was dull and outdated. The only thing we did not demo was the tub/shower combo which did save us on the total cost of the renovation.

First, we took out the nasty linoleum stick flooring, toilet, vanity, light fixtures and silver hardware. It took an hour or two and was not hard with the right tools!

We used a wet saw on the edges of the mosaic tile, which sped up the process! The tiling took an afternoon and then we had to let it sit to dry. After tiling, we installed the baseboards, toilet, vanity, light fixture, shower curtain and the gold hardware.

I love the way it turned out!

Before!

After!
